Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. Any delays will be communicated.

Perishable & Specialty Products

Some products may require special handling due to their nature.

  • We carefully package specialty and perishable items to maintain quality during transit.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package upon delivery when required.

  • Prime Origin Market is not responsible for quality issues caused by delayed receipt after confirmed delivery.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.

 

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Prime Origin Market is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipments.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
